The safety and well being of all workers on the project will always receive our top priority and is considered a fundamental goal of a successful project. This is reflected by our company's present Experience Modification Record (EMR) which is 0.72. The norm in the industry is 1.00.
Our company has certified MSHA Safety Instructors employed to assure all MSHA requirements are kept current.
Wollam will develop and implement a project specific safety plan that includes the requirements and procedures of Wollam and MSHA or OSHA.

As with quality we will involve all levels and all employees in daily and weekly safety meetings to educate, identify hazards, communicate, and enforce safe work procedures as an integrated part of the overall project planning process.
We will also encourage the owners management and safety representatives to participate in the project safety plan, process, and meetings.
