As with quality we will involve all levels and all employees in daily and weekly safety meetings to educate, identify hazards, communicate, and enforce safe work procedures as an integrated part of the overall project planning process.
We will also encourage the owners management and safety representatives to participate in the project safety plan, process, and meetings.
Project Controls
Wollam Construction has policies and procedures in place to insure that everyone involved in a project has a clear understanding of what's expected and what's happening.
Our Procurement Plan insures that all vendors and subcontractors comply with contractual, warranty, specification, quality and safety requirements.
Our Project Control and Reporting Plan kicks in long before a contract is awarded to enable us to meet or exceed project expectations.
Below is a list of some of the tools that we employ to increase communication and provide timely feedback to all participants.
- Primavera Scheduling Software
- Bidfast Estimating Software
- Promotion Job Costing
- Critical Lift Planning Software
